| NHS Podiatry Treatment |
| The NHS service is available at 18 sites across South Buckinghamshire. There is also a restricted home visit service for those who are totally housebound. NHS treatment is only available if you have a significant foot problem or an underlying medical condition that makes your feet more at risk of developing ulceration or infection. |

You can refer yourself for an NHS assessment by completing a form available from GP surgeries, community clinics and the Podiatry office. Doctors, nurses and social workers can also make referrals. |
