| If you have had a severe chest infection, a stroke, a fall or have a condition which limits your mobility you may need to be referred to a physiotherapist. An outpatient physiotherapy service is available at several local hospitals including Chalfont and Gerrards Cross, Chesham, Amersham, Marlow and Wycombe. Most GP surgeries also have a physiotherapy service. |
