| PALS provide information on NHS services and help to resolve problems and concerns quickly before they become more serious. PALS will also put people in touch with specialist advice services if necessary, including independent advice and support to make a complaint. PALS have been set up for the Primary Care Trusts (PCT’s) and the Hospital Trusts. |
